We brew Seward’s Folly to commemorate the infamous deal brokered by William Seward between Russia and the United States that created Alaska. 2023’s barrel-aged release was blended from multiple American whiskey and bourbon barrels. The result is full-bodied and smooth, dripping with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, oak, and whiskey with hints of spice and dark fruit.
