Tiger’s Blood Sour

Brewed as an homage to our favorite Hawaiian shave ice flavor of the same name, Tiger’s Blood Sour is a ferociously fruity blonde sour ale dripping with strawberry, watermelon, and coconut notes that shine against a background of tropical tanginess.
Spruceplosion Hazy Spruce Tip IPA

This IPA is a true taste of Alaska, featuring an explosion of berry flavors from our hand-harvested Alaskan Sitka Spruce tips, complemented by a blast of citrusy, tropical Mosaic and Citra hops.
Oktoberfest Lager

Oktoberfest is the quintessential German beer festival and one of our favorite holidays to celebrate with a special annual brew. Pouring a lovely copper hue, this majestically malty marzen features notes of toasted bread, biscuit, and hints of caramel with a light malty sweetness that culminates in a smooth, crisp finish.
Apple Fritter Ale

Taking a sip of this doughnut delight is just like biting into an apple fritter fresh from your local doughnut shop: cinnamon, icing, caramel, and vanilla harmonize with the sweet and slightly tangy notes of caramelized Granny Smith apples.
