Pouring a lovely golden copper hue, this majestically malty marzen features notes of toasted bread, biscuit and hints of caramel with a light malty sweetness that culminates in a smooth, crisp finish.

Sake Tsunami
Imperial Sake Rice Lager
Sweet Rice, Cantaloupe, Shiitake Earthiness
10.2% ABV
This extremely unique experimental lager/sake hybrid was brewed with jasmine rice and sake koji spores to jump-start the fermentation, which was then finished with lager yeast. It features notes of sweet rice, hints of cantaloupe fruitiness and nuances of shiitake earthiness.
